After three years of running engineering at Attachments.me, and a brief stint at Yesware post acquisition, I came to the realization that I needed to switch things up.

I’m passionate about open-source software. In a few short years, I’ve watched community-centric tools like GitHub, npm, RubyGems, and PyPI transform the software-development industry: the industry has become increasingly community-oriented, more libraries are being open-sourced, and complex software is being built faster. This has helped both grow the economy and made incredible non-profit initiatives like Code for America a possibility.

I am excited to announce that I’m joining npm, Inc., as one of the first engineering hires. This allows me to combine my love for open-source software with my love for Node.js.
